From left to right: (1) King Arthur All-Purpose, (2) Nash Organic Produce hard red whole grain, and (3) emmer (from Methow Valley, WA) stone ground by me today. Notably, even with some bran removed from my ground emmer, it was slightly darker and richer in texture than the hard red whole grain.
